We are currently looking to fill the following positions:

Social Worker / Counselor - Coshocton, Guernsey, Morgan, Muskingum, Noble, Perry Counties

Our offices are seeking licensed Social Workers or Counselors to provide individual, marital, family and group counseling, as well as prevention and consultation services for groups and agencies in the community. Clinicians also provide emergency services as directed and are expected to complete all required documentation.

Qualifications: Master’s degree and Ohio Licensure as LSW, LISW, LPC, or LPCC


All sites approved for the NHSC Loan Repayment program.

Perry County Director

We are seeking an enthusiastic Social Worker or Counselor to manage staff and services at our Perry County center, as well as provide direct clinical, consultation, and education services, and provide crisis intervention services.

Qualifications: Master’s degree and Ohio Licensure as LSW, LISW, LPC, or LPCC

Adult Case Manager

The Adult Case Managers provide necessary support and coordination of services in the office, community and home in order to extend the ability of both Severe & Persistently Mentally Ill (SPMI) and non-SPMI persons to live in the community in the most independent manner possible. We are looking for candidates for our Guernsey County office, and our Muskingum County Office.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or related field preferred; Minimum of Associate's degree in mental health or social work assistant with 2 years relevant experience: Ohio drivers license with acceptable driving record and insurance. 

Medication Scheduler Secretary

We are seeking a Medication Scheduler Secretary who is responsible for secretarial duties including scheduling appointments, maintaining schedules, fee collection for the medication program, and assisting in efficient operation of the support staff department while in complience of privacy laws and regulations.

Qualifications: High school diploma; Post high school education and experience preferred

Family Case Manager

The Family Case Managers are responsible to work with children, families, and agencies in a partnering, collaborating effort to help restore mental and emotional health to the individuals involved. We are looking for a candidate to work at our Morgan County office.

Qualification: Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or related field preferred; Minimum of Associates degree in mental health and social work assistant with two years relevant experience; Ohio driver license with acceptable driving record and acceptable insurance.   

Adult Case Management Team Leader

This Team Leader position will be responsible for clinical and administrative supervision of an adult case management team, and provide limited direct case management services in Muskingum County.

Qualifications: Master's degree and one or more of the following clinical licenses: LISW, or LPCC. Must maintain licensure eligibility via approved CEU requirements.

Certified Medical Assistant

Assists with patient care by accompanying clients to the appropriate room for their appointment, reviewing information, taking vitals and assisting with other duties to assure coordination of care between staff, providers and our clients.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Associates Degree and one of the following qualifications: (1) Certified Medical Assistant through appropriate board (i.e. American Association of Medical Assistants), or (2) registered through appropriate board (i.e. the American Registry of Medical Assistants).
