Community Based Nurse- Muskingum County

Utilizes the nursing process for primarily community based nursing services for adults, children and their families with mental health/substance use/physical health disorders. Provides health and safety education programs to team members, clients, group home operators, residential settings and Allwell staff as indicated.

Qualifications: Three years full-time nursing practice experience, graduate of an accredited nursing program, current Ohio LPN or RN license and current driver license with acceptable driving record..

Adult Case Management Team Leader - Morgan / Perry County

This Team Leader position will be responsible for clinical and administrative supervision of an adult case management team, providing limited direct case management services in Morgan and Perry County.

Qualifications: Independent license as an LPCC-S or LISW-S preferred - minimum of a Master's degree and one or more of the following clinical licenses: LSW, LISW, PC, PCC, MFT, or IMFT. Must maintain licensure eligibility via approved CEU requirements.

Social Worker / Counselor - Coshocton County

Our Coshocton office is seeking a Social Worker or Counselor to provide individual, marital, family and group counseling, as well as prevention and consultation services for groups and agencies in the community. Clinicians also provide emergency services as directed and are expected to complete all required documentation.

Qualifications: Master’s degree and Ohio Licensure as LSW, LISW, LPC, or LPCC
