We are currently looking to fill the following positions:

Social Worker / Counselor - Coshocton, Guernsey, Morgan, Muskingum, Noble, Perry Counties

Our offices are seeking licensed Social Workers or Counselors to provide individual, marital, family and group counseling, as well as prevention and consultation services for groups and agencies in the community. Clinicians also provide emergency services as directed and are expected to complete all required documentation.

Qualifications: Master’s degree and Ohio Licensure as LSW, LISW, LPC, or LPCC


All sites approved for the NHSC Loan Repayment program.

C.O.R.E. Vocational Program Director

The Vocational Program Director is responsible for the organization and delivery of Allwell's vocation rehabilitation and employment services. The director provides administrative supervision for vocational, employment, and office staff. Assures compliance with local, state, and national accreditation, certification, and registration requirements. Provides direct services through program intake assessments and coverage of caseloads in the absence of direct care staff.

Qualifications: Masters degree in business, a mental health field, or vocational rehabilitation and meet provider qualifications for vocational programs as designated in ODMHAS standards prefered; Bachelors degree with at least 3 years experience in vocational program management may be considered; valid Ohio drivers license with acceptable driving record.    

Adult Case Manager - Muskingum County

The Adult Case Managers provide necessary support and coordination of services in order to extend the ability of both Severe & Persistently Mentally Ill (SPMI) and non-SPMI persons over the age of 18 to live in the community in the most independent manner possible. 

Qualification: Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or related field preferred; Minimum of Associates degree in mental health and social work assistant with two years relevant experience; Ohio driver license with acceptable driving record and acceptable insurance.   

Family Case Manager - Muskingum County

The Family Case Managers are responsible to work with children, families, and agencies in a partnering, collaborating effort to help restore mental and emotional health to the individuals involved.

Qualification: Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or related field preferred; Minimum of Associates degree in mental health and social work assistant with two years relevant experience; Ohio driver license with acceptable driving record and acceptable insurance.   

Adult Case Management Team Leader - Muskingum County

This Team Leader position will be responsible for clinical and administrative supervision of an adult case management team, and provide limited direct case management services in Muskingum County.

Qualifications: Master's degree and one or more of the following clinical licenses: LISW, or LPCC. Must maintain licensure eligibility via approved CEU requirements.

Adult Case Management Team Leader - Morgan / Perry County

This Team Leader position will be responsible for clinical and administrative supervision of an adult case management team, and provide limited direct case management services in Morgan and Perry County.
